The sixteenth series of The Great British Bake Off has come to an end, with 23-year-old medical student Jasmine Mitchell winning the coveted glass cake stand trophy.
After ten weeks of baking tests and showstopper challenges at Welford Park, Jasmine emerged as the winner from a field of 12 contestants, beating finalists Tom Arden and Aaron Mountford-Myles.
Despite facing intense pressure, Jasmine consistently impressed judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith, showcasing her skill and consistency throughout the competition.
