Elstun Trail Completion
The Elstun Trail, connecting Beechmont Avenue and Elstun Road to the Little Miami Scenic Trail, is now complete after years of planning and construction.
This trail connects multiple local communities to scenic routes, with hundreds of homes and businesses in the Skytop area of Anderson Township and Mount Washington now linked to the trail.
The new connection provides access to the Ohio River Trail and trail systems leading to Lunken Airport and Otto Armleder Memorial Park.
A planned extension will link the south side of Beechmont Avenue to improve access to Mount Washington.
An official ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for November.
