UK-based consumer research business GWI has agreed to integrate with AI company Anthropic's chatbot, Claude.
The agreement allows GWI users to access insights within their chats with Claude, connecting GWI's Model Context Protocol (MCP) to the AI chatbot.

This integration enables Claude to use audience data in its output, ahead of data scraped from other sources.
According to Tom Smith, founder and chief executive at GWI, this is the first step in connecting the world's largest study of online consumers to popular AI agents, starting with Claude and soon followed by ChatGPT.
