Trump Administration Purges ICE Leaders

The Trump administration has started purging Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials in five major US cities.

ICE leaders in these cities were relieved of their jobs and moved to other posts within the federal agency, according to sources.

The Department of Homeland Security is overhauling its mass deportation operation to increase arrests and boost its deportation campaign.

The five cities are believed to be the first of more to come across ICE’s 24 field offices nationwide.
