Metita, a SkyCity eatery, has established itself as a culinary powerhouse in Auckland, led by award-winning chef Michael Meredith.
To mark this milestone, Metita will partner with Apéro's chef Leslie Hottiaux, bringing together two highly acclaimed chefs for an unforgettable night.
On Wednesday, November 12th, from 6pm onwards, guests will be treated to an 11-dish French Polynesian feast, blending the heart and soul of the Pacific with the refinement of French cuisine.
The menu will herald chef Meredith's Samoan lineage, with a unique fusion of flavors and techniques.
