People's Postcode Lottery: Four Herts Areas Join October Winners
Postcodes in Kings Langley and Hemel Hempstead were among the fortunate winners in the October draws of the People's Postcode Lottery. In total, four Hertfordshire postcodes celebrated success this month.
Compared with September, when seven Hertfordshire postcodes, including one in Watford, won prizes, October was a quieter month for the county. Still, a Kings Langley postcode made it into the most recent list of winners.
Participants in the lottery pay £12 each month for a chance to win different prizes throughout the week. From Monday to Friday, players can win £1,000. On Saturdays, they share a £1 million jackpot, and on Sundays, each winner can receive £30,000.
