Domestic Incident Near Tom Arrendale Interchange
A 65-year-old Gainesville man, Hayward Eugene Fuller, has been charged with false imprisonment and possession of methamphetamine after a domestic incident.
According to the Habersham County Sheriff's Office, deputies were dispatched to Toccoa Highway on Monday at 5 p.m. due to a reported carjacking. However, investigators found that the report was a result of confusion from an uninvolved 9-1-1 caller.
