Deutsche Telekom and Nvidia Collaborate on €1B AI Data Hub

Nvidia and Deutsche Telekom have announced plans for a €1 billion data centre project in Germany, aiming to enhance the country's digital sovereignty and power Europe's industrial AI ambitions.

The AI facility, set to begin operations in the first quarter of 2026, will be one of Europe's largest, utilizing up to 10,000 Nvidia Blackwell GPUs to create an "industrial AI cloud." This will boost Germany's AI computing power by around 50 per cent, according to Deutsche Telekom.
