Congolese NGOs Pursue Action Against US Company
Two Congolese civil society groups have filed a legal discovery action in the United States against a Texas-based oil and gas company.
The company was awarded the largest concession to extract methane from the Democratic Republic of Congo's Lake Kivu.

The filing in Texas alleges that the bidding process broke laws.
