A pedestrian was treated for non-life threatening injuries after being hit by a vehicle at an intersection in downtown Whitehorse, according to Yukon RCMP spokesperson Calista MacLeod.

The incident occurred at around 12:50 p.m. on Nov. 3, at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Elliott Street. The driver stayed on the scene, and emergency services were called to the area.
