ArtOberfest brings color to Parkersburg
Artoberfest is an event held by the Parkersburg Art Center, which includes Chalk the Block, an annual event where the community is invited to paint on the sidewalks on Market Street.
Participants, such as Camille Pevers, paint on their section of the sidewalk along Market Street during Chalk the Block.
Over 20 individuals were registered to paint on the Market Street sidewalks during Chalk the Block and ArtOberfest.
