West Virginia University President to Deliver First State of the University Address
West Virginia University President Michael T. Benson will deliver his first State of the University address on Monday at 3 p.m. from the Fitzsimmons Event Hall at the WVU College of Law.
The speech will be part of the Faculty Senate meeting, where Benson will discuss his vision for WVU's future.

In his 12 weeks on the job, Benson has traveled dozens of West Virginia counties as part of his "Welcome Home" tour, and previously spoke about his strategic plan at the West Virginia Business Summit.
