In the Chicago suburb of Broadview, protests were held in September and early October, bringing attention to a little-known ICE facility.
The facility, which has operated for 19 years, has typically kept a low profile, with only a weekly prayer vigil, started by a pair of nuns in 2007, attracting small crowds.
