Waterford Community Choir Heads to Vienna
A Waterford-based choir, the Soul Song Community Gospel Choir, is set to travel to Vienna to participate in the prestigious Vienna International Choral Festival.
The choir has previous international experience, having participated in the Prague Christmas Choral Festival for the last two years, where they achieved great success and formed lasting friendships.
The Soul Song Community Gospel Choir is committed to fundraising for local charities and rehearses every Thursday night at 7pm in the St Paul's Parish meeting rooms.
The choir will be flying the Déise flag and doing Waterford proud in Vienna.
The Vienna International Choral Festival will feature some of the world's foremost choral groups and ensembles, making it a notable event for the Waterford choir.
