Rust 1.91 Released with Tier 1 Support for Windows on Arm64
The Rust Release Team has announced Rust 1.91, promoting Windows on Arm64 to a Tier 1 target, bringing the highest support guarantees to users of 64-bit Arm systems running Windows.
With this update, the aarch64-pc-windows-msvc target is now a Tier 1 supported target, ensuring the project's full test suite is run on those platforms for every change merged in the compiler.
