Fox Chase Cancer Center announced the hiring of André Kydd, MD, PhD, as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hematology/Oncology.
Dr. Kydd will see patients at Fox Chase Cancer Center and Temple University Hospital. He joins Fox Chase from the National Cancer Institute, where he completed a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology.
Dr. Kydd brings a unique combination of clinical and translational research expertise in genitourinary malignancies, with a focus on rare and aggressive cancers of the bladder and urinary tract.
He earned his medical degree and doctorate in cellular and molecular medicine from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a bachelor’s degree in biochemical sciences.
