The incident occurred on October 4, around 1 p.m., when an officer from the Prescott Police Department found her with her pants down, relieving herself and vomiting.

According to AZFamily, citing the Prescott Police Department, witnesses alerted authorities about the woman, leading to the officer's encounter with Schaaf-Olson.
