A judge has ruled that Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk, will be allowed to wear street clothes during his trial.
However, the 22-year-old must be physically restrained, as decided by Judge Tony Graf during a virtual court hearing on Monday.
Charlie Kirk was assassinated during a speaking engagement at Utah Valley University in September, and Robinson later surrendered to police after a 33-hour manhunt.
Utah County attorney Jeff Gray stated that they will seek the death penalty in this case.
No statement from the defendant or his representatives was available at the time of reporting.
