MyForest Foods Expands Nationwide
MyForest Foods, a New York-based company, has launched its mycelium-based bacon and pulled pork products nationwide at Whole Foods Market in the US, increasing its presence to over 2,500 locations.

According to Circana data analyzed by 210 Analytics, US retail sales of meat alternatives declined 10.2% year over year to $70 million in September 2025, with average assortment numbers in the refrigerated case falling from 14 in 2021 to 9.3 today.
