£700m East West Rail Tender
The East West Rail company is set to launch a tender for the Oxford-Cambridge route, with a virtual bidders day scheduled for November 6.
The eight-year Programme Support Works Framework will consist of five lots, including archaeology, ground investigation, and principal contractor/minor civils.
- Due out to tender in April 2026
- Framework due to go live in January 2027
- £700m framework value
EWR Co will provide information on its emerging thinking on packaging and the contracting approach for the framework at the virtual briefing event.
Consultant Arcadis is acting as procurement and commercial partner for the framework.
