Caraga's Debut Solo Concert: A Career-Defining Milestone
Caraga, a Cebu-based band, was initially planning to hold an album launch event for their sophomore record "Bagani". However, Kenneth Corvera, one of the trio members, suggested organizing their first headlining show instead.
The band, composed of brothers Sherwin and Adam Corvera and their friend Sherwin Fugoso, has been handling everything in-house, including releasing their latest album without a major label's backing. Despite the risks, they promised a grand show for their debut solo concert, "Bagani sa Gugma", held on October 24 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.
The concert was a success, making every ticket worth it. As
they know it’s risky to hold a concert without a major promoter, but they made it happen with the assistance of various sponsors.
