Manx Telecom Group and Jersey Telecom Group have agreed to merge, subject to regulatory approval, to create the largest full-service telecoms provider across the Crown Dependencies.
The combined group will serve customers in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and internationally, with support from CVC DIF, the infrastructure strategy of global private markets manager CVC.
Plans are in place for major investments in fibre, 5G, IoT, and managed digital services to drive innovation and growth.
The merger is intended to strengthen service offerings and digital infrastructure.
