The Crestwood Board of Education has hired a new elementary school principal, reigniting debate about administrative hires amidst the state-budget impasse.
On the 17th, with two school board members absent and one recently resigned, the Crestwood school board appointed Sean McLaughlin as principal of Fairview Elementary School.
McLaughlin replaces Kevin Seyer, who was promoted to
Assistant to the Superintendent (Director of Elementary Education & Curriculum K-12)effective September.
