CVC and Jersey Telecom to Acquire Manx Telecom Group

Manx Telecom Group, an integrated digital-infrastructure platform on the Isle of Man, is set to be acquired by CVC DIF and Jersey Telecom from Basalt Infrastructure Partners.

The investment will be made through DIF Infrastructure VIII and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
