Basalt Sells Isle of Man Telecom Provider to CVC DIF and Jersey Telecom
CVC DIF has invested through the DIF Infrastructure VIII fund in a partnership with Jersey Telecom to acquire Manx Telecom.
Manx Telecom, the Isle of Man’s telecommunications provider, was acquired from funds managed by Basalt Infrastructure Partners for an unspecified sum.
