Pittsburgh Native Logan Cooley Scores Natural Hat Trick
Logan Cooley, a Pittsburgh native and the 2022 third-overall pick, played a significant role in the Utah Mammoth's 7-4 win over the St. Louis Blues.
Cooley recorded a natural hat trick in less than five minutes, starting with a goal at the 6:07 mark in the first period. He received a pass from Dylan Guenther and fired a one-timer to extend the Mammoth's lead.
About two minutes later, Cooley scored again on a broken play, sliding the puck between his legs to spring himself on a half breakaway and scoring five-hole.
