Tottenham and Chelsea in Battle for Vitor Roque
Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are competing to sign Palmeiras centre-forward Vitor Roque ahead of the January window, according to Ekrem Konur.
The youngster initially gained prominence at Athletico Paranaense, scoring 22 times in 66 outings, attracting interest from numerous European teams.
Roque's move to Barcelona did not unfold as expected, with limited minutes leading to a loan to Real Betis, before a permanent switch to Palmeiras in February.
Now, Tottenham and Chelsea are vying for his signature.
