A recent report by Saunders Real Estate reveals that over 184,000 acres of land in Arkansas were sold for $920.75 million in 2024.
The report, presented at the inaugural Lay of the Land Arkansas Conference, was hosted by Saunders Land, the land brokerage services division of Saunders Real Estate.
The land market in Arkansas is really strong,
said David Hill, regional managing director of Saunders Real Estate in Fayetteville.
Despite challenges, Hill believes that investing in land in Arkansas, particularly in Northwest Arkansas, is a great opportunity.
The conference featured presentations from leaders at Saunders Real Estate and the University of Arkansas, covering topics such as the state of the agriculture sector and tax provisions.
