Silver Fern Farms chair Anna Nelson and CEO Dan Boulton shared strong global demand and $300m revenue growth at Feilding’s Pasture to Plate Roadshow.
The second event in the Silver Fern Farms ‘Pasture to Plate Roadshow’ was held in Feilding, led by chair Anna Nelson and chief executive Dan Boulton, who had recently returned from a tour of customers in North America, UK, and Europe.
They attended the Anuga Food and Beverage Trade Fair in Cologne, Germany, which attracted 8,000 companies from 110 countries.
Customers praised the quality of products heading to the Northern Hemisphere, wanting more, although noting that lamb was becoming too expensive as a customer choice in restaurants.
