Car Fire in Ashton-on-Ribble
A car burst into flames on Queensway in Ashton-on-Ribble, filling the street with smoke.
The incident occurred on Saturday, October 18, around 4pm. Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene shortly after.
According to eyewitnesses, the car, believed to be a Ford Focus, was driven into the street while smoking to prevent the fire from spreading to a nearby house.
No one was hurt in the fire. Blog Preston has reached out to Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service for comment.
