Isabella High School qualified for regionals in Montgomery by making it to the Class 2A Area 6 Tournament championship.
They started by beating Greene County High School 3-0 in their first match. Although Greene County made the second set closer with a score of 25-17, Isabella dominated the third set, winning 25-4.
“There were just a couple of mental mistakes in the second set,”
“We played a really good game against Greene County, then kind of struggled against Tuscaloosa Academy mentally,”

“It’s very rewarding and humbling to be there; we appreciate the opportunity to play (in the area tournament),”
