Entrepreneurs Honoured for Championing Circular Living
Two Meath champions of circular living were honoured at the Circular.ie Full Circle Awards held in the Aviva Stadium.
Michelle Power, founder of Wren and Mabel, was a runner-up in two categories: Circular Living Advocate and Reuse and Repair Hero.
- Circular Living Advocate: honouring individuals who live by and promote zero-waste and low-impact lifestyles
- Reuse and Repair Hero: celebrating individuals who regularly repair, repurpose, or extend the life of items
Michelle, a graduate of the Grafton Academy of Fashion Design, runs classes in dressmaking and fashion repair, educating about the dangers of fast fashion and empowering communities with skills to repair clothes.
Recently, Michelle participated in Meath County Council’s Eco Chic campaign, delivering county-wide workshops on sewing and repair.
