A former vegan chef, Ryland Engelhart, is working to execute MAHA's dream of a utopian future based on small-scale, family-owned farms in Texas.
At his 200-acre property, Sovereignty Ranch, in central Texas, Engelhart is putting this vision to the test. He describes himself and his family as "spiritual seekers" who explore different traditions.
