Arrest Made in Disappearance of Kada Scott
An arrest has been made in the disappearance of 23-year-old Philadelphia woman Kada Scott, authorities announced on Wednesday.
A man, identified as 21-year-old Keon King, was taken into custody and charged with kidnapping in connection with Kada's disappearance.
- King was previously arrested for kidnapping another female acquaintance earlier this year, according to Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore.
- Kada was last seen in October and was in communication with King just before her disappearance.
Investigators are working to locate a vehicle as part of their investigation.
