The Philadelphia Medical Examiner's Office has issued a report reaffirming its ruling that Ellen Greenberg's 2011 stabbing death was a suicide.
Greenberg, a 27-year-old Manayunk teacher, was found with 20 stab wounds in her apartment on January 26, 2011.
According to the 32-page report, Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Lindsay Simon stated that Greenberg would have been capable of inflicting the injuries on herself.
The family's attorney called the report "an embarrassment."
