Fuel Supply Contracts for Sizewell C
Sizewell C has signed contracts for fuel supply, including a six-year uranium enrichment services contract with Urenco and a long-term fuel fabrication contract with Framatome.
The Urenco contract will support the first six years of operation for the two-unit plant, ensuring a secure front-end fuel supply. Enrichment services will be provided at Urenco's site in Capenhurst, England.
"The importance of Sizewell C in the UK's energy future cannot be underestimated, and Urenco is proud to have been selected as a supplier of choice," said Urenco CEO Boris Schucht.
