Teen Critically Hurt After Shark Attack in Australia
A 14-year-old boy suffered life-threatening injuries to his abdomen and organs after being bitten by a shark while fishing on Thursday Island in northern Australia.
The incident occurred on Saturday evening when a shark entered the water and latched onto the boy's torso, according to the Australian Broadcasting Company (ABC).
Witnesses, believed to be the boy's friends, jumped in and dragged him to safety.
