Leonardo DiCaprio has shared his favourite film directed by Christopher Nolan, surprising many by choosing a title other than Inception.
Although DiCaprio and Nolan collaborated on the 2010 film Inception, the actor revealed in an interview with Collider, alongside Benicio del Toro, that his top Nolan film is actually The Dark Knight. Del Toro agreed with this choice.
The 2008 movie is the second installment in Nolan’s Batman trilogy. It features Christian Bale as Batman and Heath Ledger as the Joker. Since its release, it has become widely regarded as one of the greatest superhero films ever made.
“The Dark Knight is my pick,” said Leonardo DiCaprio during the interview with Collider.
