The FIFA World Cup will be held in Canada next year, featuring participation from some of the country's top entertainers. Canada Soccer revealed a new initiative that spotlights prominent Canadian musicians working together on an album connected to the upcoming World Cup events in Toronto, Vancouver, and 14 other host cities across North America.
All these artists are contributing to the Perfect Pitch project, overseen by Grammy-winning producer Boi-1da.
“The energy around this project has been incredible. It’s inspiring to see so many iconic Canadian artists come together. What we’re creating isn’t just an album, it’s a cultural statement. The music represents every corner of the country, and I’m proud of how collaborative and inclusive the process has been,” said Boi-1da.
The album will include original songs, reimagined tracks, and special collaborations with celebrated Canadian artists. It is scheduled to launch ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which begins next June across North American cities.
