Starting 25 March 2026, Jetstar (JQ) will launch direct flights between Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) and Bali’s Denpasar Airport (DPS). This new service offers fares from $199 and includes onward connections to Singapore (SIN) via Denpasar.
The route eliminates the need to travel to Brisbane (BNE) for international flights to Bali, providing Sunshine Coast travelers with direct access to Bali’s beaches and cultural sites without layovers. This new connection is Jetstar’s first direct flight between Sunshine Coast and Bali and marks their tenth Australian route to Bali.
Jetstar CEO Stephanie Tully said, “This new route provides an easy international getaway and aligns with Jetstar’s ongoing network expansion to meet rising demand for low-cost travel.”
The launch reinforces Jetstar’s position as the largest carrier in South-East Queensland and offers significant convenience and affordability to local travelers.
