NZ vs WI, 4th T20I: Rain Disrupts Match in Nelson

The fourth Twenty20 international between New Zealand and the West Indies was abandoned on Monday due to rain after less than seven overs of play. West Indies had scored 38 for 1 in 6.3 overs when the second rain interruption ended the match prematurely at Nelson’s Saxton Oval.

West Indies started batting after New Zealand won the toss. Alick Athanaze, who made 21 runs, was the only wicket to fall. He was caught by Daryl Mitchell running back after miscuing a lofted shot off James Neesham’s delivery.

Amir Jangoo remained unbeaten on 12 runs, and the West Indies captain Shai Hope was not out on three.
