From Governors to Ghosts: Hauntings and history meet at Parkersburg’s Riverview Cemetery
PARKERSBURG — The Riverview Cemetery is home to a solemn statue known as the “Weeping Woman”, which has watched over Parkersburg’s dead for over a century and inspired one of the city’s oldest ghost stories.
