Impact on Annual General Meeting

The Company clarified that the postal service disruption may affect the timely delivery of Meeting Materials related to its upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time).
