British singer and coach of The Voice UK, Paloma Faith, has announced she is expecting a baby at age 44. The artist shared the happy news on Instagram with a picture showing her baby bump.
“Plot twist, mother is mothering (again),”
Faith revealed in her post that she is 18 weeks pregnant. Known for her warm and quirky personality, she previously served as a coach on The Voice UK and its spin-off The Voice Kids in 2016 and 2020.
The singer is set to appear on the finale of The Traitors, where she will reunite with Alan Carr and Jonathan Ross. During filming at London’s New Broadcasting House, she was seen smiling and cradling her bump while showing off freshly dyed black hair, moving away from her signature blonde look.
Faith previously joked about her The Traitors experience, mentioning her disappointment when Carr voted her out early in the game. The finale is expected to revisit that moment.
Since her debut in 2008, Paloma Faith has established herself as one of the UK’s most distinctive voices. Her first album, Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful? (2009), featured hits such as “Stone Cold Sober” and “New York.”
Her follow-up record, Fall to Grace (2012), reached the top charts and earned her Brit Award nominations. The album included her first UK number one single, “Picking Up the Pieces.”
Alongside her music, Faith has appeared in films and television, showcasing her versatility as a performer and her signature blend of drama and humor.
At 44, Paloma Faith celebrates a new chapter in life, balancing her vibrant music career, television roles, and upcoming motherhood with characteristic charm and creativity.
