Lando Norris secured pole position for the Sao Paulo GP Sprint, leading a strong McLaren performance at Interlagos. Norris set a fastest lap of 1:09.243 to top the timesheets ahead of Mercedes rookie Kimi Antonelli.
McLaren locked out the first and third spots on the grid, showcasing their competitive edge ahead of Saturday’s Sprint race. This result sets up another direct contest between teammates Norris and Piastri, who remain title contenders.

Isack Hadjar impressed again with a top-10 start on a Sprint weekend, while Nico Hulkenberg delivered solid form for Sauber.
