Pat Surtain II Shares Witty Take on Riley Moss' Penalty Epidemic
Denver Broncos cornerback Riley Moss has drawn attention not only for his defensive skills but also for the unusually high number of penalties called against him. Despite frequent targeting, Moss has managed to deflect more than half of the passes thrown in his direction, showing his effectiveness in coverage.
Patrick Surtain II, Moss’s teammate and fellow cornerback, showed his support with a humorous explanation on his podcast Closed On Sundays with co-host Terrion Arnold.
"I think they're racial profiling my dog, though, man. They're calling all these flags on my boy, man. I ain't going to lie; the flags is egregious," Surtain said with a smile.
