Ryan Murphy, Hollywood’s expert in bad taste, has created one of the worst shows Disney+ has ever presented to its audience. Kim Kardashian, the original influencer, is known for doing things her own way rather than following the obvious path.
For example, in 2014, shortly after her wedding to Kanye West at the Forte di Belvedere in Florence, they flew to Cork Airport for their honeymoon. Their trip included staying in Castlemartyr and attending a 3pm screening of X-Men: Days of Future Past at the local Storm Cinema in Portlaoise. Instead of typical honeymoon destinations, she chose an unusual Midlands location on a random weekday in May.
Kardashian, now divorced from Kanye, continues to act independently without concern for others' judgments. This attitude suits her new legal drama, All’s Fair, which is an outright disaster and arguably one of the worst shows Disney+ has offered, rivaling even She-Hulk in its failings.
Despite the show's poor quality, Kardashian’s fame drew a star-studded cast, including Naomi Watts and Glenn Close. Watts appears particularly lost, reminiscent of her role in Peter Jackson’s King Kong, where she had to pretend to be in love with a gorilla. Glenn Close also looks visibly bewildered throughout the series.
"All’s Fair is a proper atrocity exhibition and one of the worst things Disney+ has ever foisted upon its subscribers."
Author's summary: Kim Kardashian’s new legal drama on Disney+ stumbles with its awkward execution, despite a high-profile cast, making it one of the platform’s most disappointing releases.
