That same day Zelensky unveiled plans for new police reforms and talks with allies in the West. France gave approval to let Ukraine produce SCALP and Aster 30 missiles under license. Zelensky joined France’s Bastille Day parade in Paris with NATO officials to showcase support for Ukraine.
