plans for four hundred eighty-four homes and a new school on the northeastern edge of the town advance as part of Hambleton's Local Plan around Stokesley Road with 109 homes approved previously at Allerton Gate covering about 28 hectares of farmland by Stokesley Road to foster a balanced, diverse community. Includes a new link road between Stokesley and Bullamoor Roads with green spaces, shops and small businesses and pedestrian/cyclist connections to the town center. The development forms part of Hambleton's Local Plan housing strategy and aligns with ongoing town improvements funded by regional authorities.
