Alex de Minaur has withdrawn with injury during the China Open final in Beijing on Tuesday, conceding the title to Novak Djokovic. The Australian was in strong form before pulling out of the match.
De Minaur described his performance before the retirement as "really positive" and said he will travel to Shanghai for scans to determine the extent of the injury. Djokovic took the title without completing the match.
